Site inspection with the certifying body – Part 1 of our 23rd surveillance audit completed

Quality management doesn’t end at the desk.

That’s why site inspections are an integral part of our ISO 9001 audits. As part of this process, we visited our long-standing customer, Bharat Forge Aluminiumtechnik, in Brand-Erbisdorf together with our certifier, TÜV SÜD.

What we looked at:

• Design documents compared directly with the actual construction
• Execution of engineering services on the construction site
• Quality of implementation in practice

Since we regularly visit our clients on-site, this form of audit control is the logical next step for us: the quality of planning becomes evident right where construction is taking place.

Our QM system is not an end in itself—it is the foundation for continuous improvement and the basis for maintaining reliability even in complex projects.
