🔍 Learning from project to project—in a structured and transparent way.
Last week, it was time once again for our regular knowledge-sharing session. A regular event that demonstrates that successful factory planning depends not only on methodology, but also on people who actively share their knowledge.
Because true expertise can only develop when project experiences, lessons learned, and new developments are shared within the team.
This time, the agenda included:
👉 Current status of ongoing projects and day-to-day business operations
👉 Training on the business management software we use every day
👉 Insights into two current projects
Formats like these create transparency, foster dialogue across project boundaries, and ensure that experiences are directly incorporated into future projects. Complexity in planning can only be managed if the necessary knowledge is available within the team.
The lunch break that followed, complete with plenty of cake, provided the perfect setting for personal interaction outside of work-related topics.
