Factory Planning – We Are the Comprehensive Factory Planner
Our engineering services cover the entire life cycle of a factory. This begins with our role as general planner for the design of entire factories and extends to the engineering of individual production areas, processes, and systems; project management across all project types, phases, and trades; and even reengineering and the resulting relocation projects.

Design a Factory
Due to constant change, ever-shorter product life cycles, the growing demand for customization, and the globalization of the world economy, manufacturing companies are increasingly required to adapt continuously—and, above all, as quickly as possible—to changing market conditions. This means that their production processes are subject to constant adjustment and optimization.
To meet this challenge, we support our customers with two fundamental strategies: The first strategy begins during the planning process itself, where we develop various future scenarios as standard solutions through variant planning; should these scenarios occur, they simply need to be “pulled off the shelf” and implemented.
The second strategy involves using efficient analytical methods (value stream mapping, intra-cycle parallelism, transportation costs, etc.) and key performance indicators to identify areas requiring action within existing processes and structures, and to derive and implement corresponding optimization measures.
